Hi! My entire WoW UI resets every time I close the game upon getting Disconnected due to connection issues on my side. My addons all reset and lose their presets, all my settings revert back to the default, and I can’t tell if it’s something I’m doing wrong or what. Any help would be appreciated, this has been getting on my nerves for a while 
Go to your wow folder, find WTF one, right click it/properties and uncheck “read only”, it should work.

Decayin is likely on the right track here, but one additional call-out should be made:
If you exit the game without actually properly logging out (e.g., force-closing the game via ALT-F4, a crash/disconnection or otherwise abrupt exit) most of the settings you made during the most recent gameplay session will indeed not be saved as that would only happen during said regular log-out process.

Well i just got a reset also! Used configuration for a long long time, got some login crash few times characters stuck, and had to reset computer , and when i came back was all default , and unable to restore configuration i made over a long time! It is really upsetting! No mood to log back atm since lost the touch! I’l lsee what decision will make! Good luck!
