Plusnet fibre here and absolutely shocking experience in wow today, questing is bearable, mythic+ and raids unplayable and total waste of time to try.
Outside of WoW internet is working fine.
Iām not getting any.

its been really bad all day
Iām just farming legion mogs as I can handle the game freezing for 10 secs every minute or so doing them
no chance Iām trying raids or the like whilst its like this
UK BT Phone Line connections to WoW Server are the ones experiencing HIGH world MS. Virgin (Cable users) are fine.
This is just for Blizzard servers Iām downloading/streaming very high on ANY other service.
On Monday, Virgin were having problems with their connection, where the internet would work fine for half an hour - 45 minutes, and then it would cut out for 10-15 minutes.
I wonder if the problem has persisted.
I want a refund on atleast a days subscription if this is not resolved within the next hour.
Same here. Im in the SE Uk and with BT. Game has been like it all day. I understand its reset day, and alot of people in lockdown, but its definitely worse than last week.

All same time, so itās not a providers fault, your computer, router, or anything.
Itās IMPOSSIBLE for that to be the issue with my friends being so spread out and having the same issues.
This is a server issue, somewhere, so donāt worry; Itās not just UK. 
Have done this morning still no sign of a fix tried m+ 12 its impossible with 5 sec spell reactionā¦Plz sort this out Blizz , the game is unplayable atm

Iām from UK. Been having crazy lagg all day, played in the morning, decided to wait until now, logged on, still just as bad.
Iām with Sky Fiber, did a speedtest, everything seems fine, just wow having the issues.

Friend of mine is in the UK, and he was having troubles with his ISP yesterdayā¦ Got frequent disconnects.

Iām spending the day with Supernatural on Amazon Prime instead. I have given up on playing. Will log on for raid later this evening and pray itās better.

I was on early this morning, and stayed through reset. There was no problem then. Got seriously trippy bounces on my displayed latency now.
There are threads about this in Tech Support. Common speculation is that itās related to downloads of Call of Duty. I have no idea whether that just started today?

me and the wife on wow and cant play, we are both on and its so bad its rage / quit and now wife trying to play diablo and same there we are both on EE fibre
