Yes we are having the same problem. Mostly UK but a few other countries too
My Latency is a lot better than it was earlier but itās still double what it usually is.

Iām still getting what feels like tiny lag spots but ms seems to be stable for the last 10 mins now. Hopefully things are sorted out.

I canāt play everyday, today is my day off and now Iāve been unable to enjoy the game. I deserve to be refunded to the fullest possibility IMO.

UK here, no lag or latency. ISP Virgin - fibre internet.
However the Virgin services have been broken all day nation wide 2 days ago. It even went on the news!
Iāve never had this issue on WoW or anytime since Iāve been with EE so whatever you changed in the last maintenance is the problem
this lag is unreal and unplayable cant do much without lagging for about 40 seconds
i just wish for once blizz would treat us EU servers the same as there American ones but one can on dream I suppose

That should have been fixed by the 28th, ring Virgin Media up and see if you can get a refund if youāre still experiencing that problem.
not just uk. Norway here struggling aswell.
I canāt say for sure, maybe just the hamsters died or anyone experienced the same, but here in Hungary, this little fox had so much lag, canāt even finish the turtle mach what under the shell game 
so logged out

Itās getting worse and worse to a point where its now unplayable. Iāve glitched inside a wall in Org and had to hearth!
Internet in Western Europe and USA has always been crap. Scandinavia and Eastern Europe have so much better and faster connection.

Been lagging all day. Thought it might be my end, done the usual deleting of caches, removing wtf folders, addons, cleared comp up with ccleaner and more. Turns out its definitely on blizz end. I am also from UK.
