Ulduar mobs abnormally strong?

Hi, so I went on my weekly Ulduar clear for the month only to be surprised by what seems to be another glitch.
Went there with my lvl 70 mage which had no trouble one shotting everything before though now for some reason mobs only take 3k ish damage and deal way more than they should be.

Is anyone else having that same issue?
I went to do Onyxia with the same character and one tapped her. Sensational.

Yes, happened to me as well. It all started last wednesday. Apperently the new timewalking and anniversary event somehow affected Ulduar too.
