Can you please tell me how the trinket “Ultra-Flash Shadow Reflector” is supposed to work in Cataclysm? Should there be a level restriction for using this item on characters above level 60? If so, what percentage of its effect remains? How often should this trinket be activated? And when Pandaria comes out, will it still work?
