My login screen,character screen selection,map and some loading screens in wow is not full screen but has black bars,is there a way to fix this ?

It’s just how it is.
E.g.;
Loading screens are low res, and character select for some reason is capped in its ratio.
Yeap that is unfortunately normal as they did not create those things to work on ultra-wide screens.
You’ll just need to ignore it, as I doubt we’ll ever see this being updated.
