This weeks timewalking quest object can’t be activated because it states that “you don’t meet the requirements for that quest”…..
I have no previous timewalking quests or object in my inventory, it would be nice if this could be hotfixed.

Same problem here. It also seems that I can’t find the time walking vendor for Pandaria in his usual Location.
Happening to me as well. I even deleted this item from all of my toons who had it but still doesn’t work.
Strange thing is that the vendor was there for me on the timeless isle, but i’ve seen other players in chat saying the same as you that they were unable to see the vendor.
They know about it but no idea if fixed.
I hope tomorrow fixed when night they fix.
Like timewalking weekly 5 run bugged and Shadowland’s quest wrong NPC on Wed when Thursday fixed.

I just picked it up as both Alliance and Horde.
edit: still broke
Its the quest you drop and could not hand in or even start it from the last boss from first dungeon.
Ah, just did a panda TW and still broke.

Are you checked in bag? Click it and open quest. Blizzard fixed today. Mine worked.
It’s working for me too. However for my one character that had already received the quest item I had to (like other posters above) click on the quest item to activate the quest. It worked after that.
