Unable to Access Class Order Hall After 120 Level Boost

I created a Monk as a Trial Character to test the class. I liked it and started doing some quests. I played around and then flew from the Azsuna Portal to Dalaran and was immediately prompted by Initiate Da-Nel to begin the scenario for my Class Order Hall with the quest “Before the Storm”. I was taken to the Peak of Serenity but never got to begin Stage 1 as I had to log off. Hours after I logged back on and I was in Dalaran again. Then, and having already pre-purchased Shadowlands, I boosted this same character to 120. I did some questing in Zuldazar when I remembered I wanted to get access to my Order Hall. I have been in Dalaran now for hours, tried to do any legion quest I may have missed, which shouldn’t be the case, but the same NPC doesn’t come up to me again! So I am stuck without access to the Wandering Isle.
Hopefully I could get some help on this! Thanks in advance.

You may have to enable tracking for “trivial quests” to see this, exit the Dalaran zone completely then re-enter.

This should get you back on the path:

  • Check your spell book, look for Zen Pilgrimage on the tab belonging to your active spec
  • if you have that spell, cast it (fixed ?)
  • if you have that spell, cast it again (fixed ?)
  • Go to the Stormwind/Orgrimmar portal room, or some place outside Dalaran territory (like Suramar or Aszuna)
  • Still have one of the monk order hall quests in your quest log ? If you do, abandon them. I think they’re under a Peak of Serenity heading.
  • Check the minimap magnifying glass-button, ensure trivial quest tracking is enabled.
  • Relog (logout, login)
  • Go to Dalaran
  • Quest should pop back up (fixed ?)

I have had “Trivial Quests” enabled, as I had seen someone with this same problem and apparently that was a solution for him. I, however, have not seen any changes from this. Still won’t see the relevant NPC with the quest.

Edit: Still no luck following the tips above, as none of them have worked. Tried clearing cache, logged on and off several times, left Dalaran and then re-entered, nothing. I have no way of starting my class order hall campaign. Feels like I totally wasted the level boost.
