Used to have an officer guild rank till about 10 days ago when you stopped old authenticators working on accounts, and it seems with out an authenticator on your account you cant hold officer rank in a guild and your system deranked me in the guild I am in. Added the new one to my account and it shows security as 100% but my guild leader is unable to set me back an as officer the option is still grayed out they have been trying to change my rank for the past 3 days with the same issue, I looked to see if I could raise an in game ticket about this problem but your customer service area has no option for guild problems so I am posting here with the hope it is seen.
Even if you had an authenticator prior, adding and removing an authenticator may force the 7 day cooldown.
So as you say, it has been:
Check back in 4 days (full 7 days)
Your guild set the requirement for an authenticator for officers by the way.
