Unable to buy boost

looked in game as suggested by bnet shop on website, only problem is that character boosts do not show up in game on EU side for me, only race changes, character server transfers, and the relevant for guilds, but no boosts.

Is your registered region currently in Europe?

not sure what you mean srry.

im a US player in the US playing on both NA and EU on seperate licenses, have 2 NA wow accounts and 1 on EU, was trying to buy a boost for an EU toon on said EU account but the option for character boost that normally in game under services does not show up on EU side. No idea if because EU account doesnt have dragonflight or some other reason.

Ah yea you see, when your country is registered in NA you cannot buy boosts and also WoW tokens in the other regions and vice versa. This is an intended restriction.

so theres no way i can boost toons when cross regions then? must be why i have to use my pay cards to fund game time then for my eu license as an NA citizen, compared to my 2 NA accounts that i can just use in game gold for tokens.

id guess its a legality thing then with trade region agreements in some degree if not a bigger reason not disclosed to players?

That’s right, you cannot buy seperate boosts across regions. I believe you can however buy one heroic expansion and then use that boost perhaps on the same game license…

Potential legal reasons, Blizzard does not comment however on either forums about this subject.

back in SL when they did the free SL promo, i tried to claim it for my EU account but wasnt able to because SL epic was already applied on NA side. so afaik i dont think i ever bought an expac outright for EU side its always been whatever expansions were in the base/core variant of game and had to level through BFA eras as only gameplay option for campaign at the time.

alrighty well thank you for responses at least Saneko. bummer that i cant have a boost to make things easier >.> <.<
