Well if that doesnt fix it, they should contact a GM from ingame tool

Thanks to Cysunia-PyrewoodVillage , he found a way to fix it.
Take the ship to darnasus from exodar , when you arrive get off the ship and relog. Take the ship back to Exodar and go buy your mount. My guess how this works it has something to do with using teleports that bugs the npc. Tested and works for my alt
