sadly unable to experience 17th anniversary event funsies as this account is in trial status so i cant claim event box from mail as intended.
however when i go to battlenet shop it doesnt let me buy the 60 day block of game time as i apparently have no bnet balance in EU yet as a US player with 2 NA accounts im able to use bnet balance to buy pets for this account? why does it work for pets and maybe mounts but not game time?
as such i have no other payment method available to be able to get gametime on my EU license ;-;
You cannot use US balance for an EU account.
why am i able to use US funds to buy a pet and select EU from the region list then? because like a week ago or whatever i bought a little ragnaros pet for this account and it billed it as US order and deducted from my bnet balance. but if i change battlenet desktop shop to EU i have no bnet balance at all.
I don’t know why, all I know is you can’t use US balance to EU gametime, you shouldn’t really be able to buy pets either.
I take it you have tried on the EU browser shop, just in case it does work?
no that was my next step to try on browser instead of the desktop launcher.
I have a feeling it won’t work but good luck.

thats what i get when i view browser variant from NA.
also the other weird thing about EU as a US player is the wishlist you can set stuff onto is apparently the same for both NA and EU, like theres no seperation between the two in being a list for NA and a list for EU for instance.
