Unable to cast shadow crash which it happens often.

Kul’tharok - ToP (I couldnt cast shadow crash when adds spawn)
I sometimes have this problem in pvp.
Out of stun and silence pressing the button ( not in cd) and nothing happen ( i even checked my mouse which is razer naga and since they are known to bug out sometimes yet everything was ok and yes i have it binded on 10 ).
