hi, I wanted to swap out a tier 1 talent, but it keeps saying I can’t do it whilst that particular talent is on cooldown. But it’s not on cooldown. Been stuck for ages trying to do this. Trying to swap out warrior of elune for nature’s balance, have tried re-logging but it’s just not happening.
