I just resubbed today and did the intro quest for the trading post but didn’t get any currency as a reward, the chest just does the animation, i have tried using the chest on a different character, disabling my Addons, closing the game ad waiting a while but still nothing is there any way to fix this?

Support don’t handle bugs, so “visibility” is pointless.
Bugs must be reported in game by the bug reporting tool (and NOT a GM ticket).
Magical In-Game Bug Report
CS doesn’t handle nor forward bug reports: We submit bug reports through the In-Game Bug Report in the Europe Region.
Reports submitted in this fashion will not receive a response. Instead, they’ll be directed to the teams responsible for addressing them.
That said, I see more reports on the US bug reports forum about this so its a widespread matter. I recommend the above option to make the responsible people aware about it.

I stopped traveling to Stormwind in February right after it turned out Trading Post is heavily bugged and we’re not receiving our tokens for completing activities (that makes the whole trading post feature useless).
Now, a month later I returned to SW to check if I can finally use the Trading Post system and realized, I still face exactly the same bug and can’t collect any tokens, the chest just opens and closes and nothing received. -.-
I can’t find any reason how on earth this could be that a company on this magnitude released a feature full of bug but they can’t fix it even in 30 days… meanwhile, they make hotfixes twice a week for other minor and major bugs.

same problem here, the fact that we get canned responses after a 3 wait ticket is just baffling to me. the month is almost over and i can already imagine im missing everything i wanted to buy this month

Same here. I was able to claim the March transmog reward, but I am unable to claim any currency. It just sits there.
Because there would be zero point having one other than for players to rage on.
The developers, the people who fix the bugs, only rarely even go on the US forums and they NEVER visit the EU forums, so they would never see the bug reports posted on the forums.
Meanwhile the bug reporting tool sends the bug report directly to the developers.
About time they started to! It’s already impossible to find where to contact them (having to go through tons of steps and articles etc.), they might as well forward bugs to the correct department if enough people open tickets regarding said bug. Enough brown-nosing the company, miss.

Having the same issue and have sent a bug report about it as well. Just really disappointed that this is an issue that has existed in the game since the feature launched and after over a month it still hasn’t been fixed or even been mentioned as a “known issue” by Blizz.
Really disappointing.
