Ran it twice - talked to Brann etc. but it is still not completed. Seen a lot of posts on US forums from players having the same issue. How to fix?

i have the same problem, havent found a fix
blizzard will proberly fix it in 10 years time, the same way there is still bugged vanilla and tbc dungons

Same… had to Heartstone out of the instance. I tried reloging, reloading, dying, exiting the game. Nothing worked.

doh, now the delve it self can not be compleated
can confirm as of today 06.09.24 unable to even complete the delve nice blizzard making it worse 
Same issue here, burned the webs away, but no progress. Experiencing issues in Waterworks as well.
so i finaly got to finish the quest and turn it in, so for me it work now
