Unable to craft user crafting order due to "insufficient reagents" despite all reagents being supplied

Hello, I have just accepted a public crafting order who has provided all the ingredients, I have the recipe and have 1 charge to craft such orders left. However I am being told that I have “insufficient reagents” when this is irrelevant to the nature of said order. Also I have noticed that the “use best quality reagents” button is still active which can override those of the supplied order which doesn’t seem right (or doesn’t seem to work properly) which I am wondering is interfering with the processing of the order.

Would attach a screenshot which, as an IT professional, is very useful for this kind of thing, but for some reason after so many years I am still disallowed.

Anyway, some other details:

I am a leatherworker (100), recipe is for Algari Competitor’s Leather Chestpiece, can craft at rank 4, received from Nemesea (Twisting Nether).

Exact same issue with the same receipe.

Same issue/issues but with LW recipe Busy Bee’s Buckle (Patron order)

I saw someone reporting a bug a few weeks ago, whereby for crafting orders, the reagents have to be in your actual inventory, and NOT in your bank or warband bank. Otherwise you get that error.
