Unable to faction change - Mail bug

Hi all,

I’ve got a faction change token waiting to be used on the character I’m posting from. I server transferred earlier and that was fine. Waited for Brew of the Month to come through and deleted it. No other mail present. But I still cannot change faction?

You’ll need to make a ticket to get a GM to clear your mail for you.
