Purchased faction change, select character, select new race from other faction, customize character, keeping same name (green tick next to it), select Finish, box displays Are you sure you are done changing your character?, select Done, nothing happens, Finish is now greyed out, green tick still next to name, unable to proceed, game not frozen, can go back.
