Hiya!
I finished my shadowmourne over a month ago, and for the past few raids I have been trying to figure out how to get the toys/mount you are meant to get. Well I finally figured it out, but it’s a disater!
When you finish Shadowmourne you get a quest to kill the lich king, so I did. I handed in that quest after I killed him, and then carried on about my day with my new fancy orange weapon!
The problem is, the lich king will drop an item called “Unsealed Chest” and when you have this item, it will unlock the quests for the toys/mount from the NPCs near the entrance to ICC. However! The lich king will only drop this item, if you have the quest to kill him in your log…
So ofcourse in my joy of completing shadowmourne, finishing the raid and being happy with a job well done, I did not know you needed to loot him while having that quest! Since our loot was handled by the GM/officers at the time, I felt no need to go loot his corpse just like usual.
This means I can no longer obtain the item I need from the lich king, and I cannot progress to get the quests to receive my toys and mount from completing shadowmourne 
Is there anyway for me to get help with this? I’m sure a GM can check my account and see that I have not completed any of the toy/mount quests, but have completed my shadowmourne. Will they be able to help me?
