Hello, tried to send a web ticket but it’s obviously impossible.
I’m not in a guild, however I can’t search for guilds or join any guild. Is this a bug that only happens to me?
Why can’t I just send a web ticket without all this “characterization” nonsense?

You could try /gquit?
There used to be options to create a webticket without filling out categories first however, players used to spam tickets to Support that they could not help it dramatically increasing ticket queue time to unacceptable amounts.
When you say you can’t join a guild, are you getting an error when you try or and invite doesn’t appear when someone sends you an invite? If it’s the latter, make sure you haven’t blocked guild invites on your character by checking your interface settings under the social category.
As for searching for a guild, that feature isnt available at this present moment.

If searching for guilds is currently disabled (why?) then my issue is solved. I just found it weird that i could no longer search for guilds.

Just to answer why the guild finder is unavailable this is due to it being taken down pending some upgrades which should be available soon™
