For some reason, when I have tried to login today my sreen gets stuck constantly at either the initial login or the character selection screen (half-filled load bar, or totally black screen).
Please could someone kindly help with this issue? Each time I have tried to create a support ticket I also haven’t been able to click “submit” which is odd.
