Unable to login on website

I can (obviously) log into these forums, and various other Blizzard sites, however, I’ve been having problems with the Armories so, thinking I just needed to log out and back in again (which sometimes fixes things), I logged out. But now I can’t log back in again.

I’ve tried both on https://worldofwarcraft.blizzard.com/en-gb/ and on my guild Armories page https://worldofwarcraft.blizzard.com/en-gb/guild/eu/tarren-mill/dark-wolves … both of which give a button to login … but when I try, it goes to a white page that simply says “unauthorized”.

I can use the same button instead to log in to support, etc … no problem at all … but it just will not log me into that section of the site.

I can give the url it sends me to, if it helps, but I’m not sure if that might give away any account details (albeit ones that don’t help!).

So I actually raised a ticket on this because I’d done all the other self help things I could think of, including clearing my cache and trying a different browser. Unfortunately that was no help (although I was pleasantly surprised not to get a robot response). All they could recommend was clearing my cache, trying a different browser and, if that didn’t work, report it on the US forums https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/c/support/website-bug-report/18

So I guess that is that. I’ve reported it … but I don’t expect a quick fix.

Were u able to get a resolution?
Im having the same problem and the GM was not able to fix it

Unfortunately not. The “solution” was “go tell someone else” … shrug

This seems to be sorted now? I doubt it was anything Blizzard did (at least, not deliberately) as otherwise there would have been a message doing a bit of back-patting, so I’m guessing it was either incidental, or something just timed out.
