For some reason, when I have tried to login today my sreen gets stuck constantly at either the initial login or the character selection screen (half filled load bar, or totally black screen).
Please could someone kindly help with this issue? Each time I have tried to create a support ticket I also haven’t been able to click “submit” which is odd.
