Unable to Open a support Ticket in game

I am unable to open a Support Ticket in game when playing classic but when playing normal game it is fine.

I click on the Open ticket button and nothing happens, similar to when I click on the Knowledge Base button. the other buttons work, Report Player and Submit a Bug etc.

As I say, when playing normal wow this is fine, issue is only in Classic.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Damona,

Try going through the steps to refresh your cache/cookies for your default browser, and Edge and launch both in the background before starting World of Warcraft. Retest once more afterwards.
