Unable to open Renown menu next to minimap

Hello,

I do not have the renown tab under my minimap or access to dragonriding talents on a level 62 character. I can use my protodrake however.
I have turned all addons off.

I would love to get this fixed :slight_smile:

I should also add that i have keybound the garrison report button and nothing comes up too
