I can’t get to Nazjatar because the game bugged.I accepted the quest to sail to there,the cinematic happened but i didn’t complete the intro quest and heartstoned to ogrimar.When i returned to the game there wasn’t an option to sail again.I cant go from the dockmaster (island expedtion guy),the Ship captain( no option from him) and i can’t from the portal as well (its not active for me).I tried with a summon from a warlock but the camp isn’t active and i cant interact with Nathanoos or anyone in the ship wreck.I abandoned the quest and now i can’t pick it up from anywhere.It just disappeared.I have completed the previous required campaign and achievments to unlock the quest for Nazjatar.I can’t do anything now.I send a ticket a few days ago and the answer was to search wowhead?? What a joke.I am feeling really frustrated and unstatisfied with the customer support i got from the first ticket.I send it on thuesday the fifth of May.Now we are the tenth of May and still no answer.Which means 5 days of nothing but anxiety. I understand you put out that ticket answering is slowed,but seriously 4 days in which you purchased Shadowlands and used the boost to play on a character and you just sit and wait for a ticket which tells you to use wowhead guides for my anwers…

If you left Nazjatar prior to unlocking the portal between the continents, please open the map for Dazar’alor (Horde) or Boralus (Alliance). There is a large gold arrow icon indicating where to go to get back.
Your suggestion didn’t help.I tried putting links from imgur to show you there arent any golden arrows or any of that kind but it doesnt let me 
. Under the war campaign it says to complete the warchief order and send the fleet quests,but they are already completed,soo i dont have any ideas.
Are you using any addons that may be preventing the arrow from showing? Try disabling them all and log back in.
No,none of my addons are blocking the arrows.Actually i use them all the time when i track a quest and put the mount on flying so i point it in the direction of the arrow and go afk untill it reaches the destination.
I think the issue is the quest abandon bit. If the quest was still in your log, there would be a way back, but you started the chain, I’m guessing you handed a quest in without picking up another and then HS’d out. Does that sound right? Did you perhaps pick up another quest in Nazjatar that you need to complete before Nathanoos will speak to you again? (that would require a warlock to take you back).
If you want to post imgur links, when you are in the reply box, use the “Preformmated Text” tool about halfway along and that will allow you to do it.
Also, when the warlock summoned you, did you then leave group? Not sure it would work if you are grouped with someone who had already completed it.
I wasn’t in a group with anyone.When i started the intro quest to nazjatar i didnt return it to nathanos ,because i got summoned for a m+key.Later when i finished the key and was back at dazaralor there wasn’t a way to go to finish the started quest so i abandoned it with the intention to pick it up again and do it.Sadly the quest disappeard.
Do you remember the exact quest you abandoned? There is a chain of quests, you need to go back to the last point in the chain you were at.

You should abandon your ticket however if it is still open, it will help lessen the load on the queue.
