Unable to purchase Character Boost for EU account

Am unable to purchase a character boost for my EU account. I have both US and EU accounts. The in-game shop sends me the EU web shop to purchase the Character Boost. The EU shop states to purchase the boost in game.
This is quite frustrating.

I think boosts have always been purchased through the in-game store rather than the web version. Try buying it from there like the message suggested.
