So, I found old cash gift cards and tried to redeem their codes. It worked for all except one card. For the one card that is not working I get the error “Oops! Something went wrong.”. This is a very strange error message. I would have expected something like ‘expired’ or maybe even ‘already claimed’.
The gift card is probably from 2022, so it is officially expired. I do not need the balance but would like to know when one gets such an error message or what else might be up with the code on the card.
