every time i try to report a bug i get redirected to the US servers instead of the EU servers
the Soup event either doesn’t start or if it does start it won’t give you the credits for participating, had this problem on all my 7 alts so far and i’m unable to report it because your systtem tellls me "
You need a level 10 character to post on the forums. If you need help with an account or technical issue, contact Blizzard Support. " because it always links to a US server instead of a EU server to report
You need to click the BIG top middle button on the support screen, the one labelled “Submit feedback or Bug report”, and NOT any of the small icons in the bottom right.
CS doesn’t handle nor forward bug reports: We submit bug reports through the In-Game Bug Report in the Europe Region.
Reports submitted in this fashion will not receive a response. Instead, they’ll be directed to the teams responsible for addressing them.
To report a bug in-game:
Press Esc or click the ? button to open the menu.
Click Support.
2.5 Note: Do NOT use search bar or click “Contact Support” links.
Click Submit feedback or bug report, the middle button in the row with the Anub’Arak bug/insect icon.
Enter the details of the bug into the Submit a bug description box, making sure to follow the guidelines outlined on the submission form.
Click Submit.
If prompted to go to US Bug Report forum, go back to step 2.5
You can submit a bug report ingame if you follow the instructions to this big Anub’Arak icon.
I have raised the issue and the answer is always that people do have the option to use the US forums. Even though it requires setting up a US starter account and then levelling to 10.
But when you push the red support button under menue they have made a maze of things you have to push through so that it is nigh impossible to find the end thing that actually leads to a report.
Its ONE button, on the very first screen you encounter after pushing the red support button. It is LITERALLY one button. The top middle button thats labelled “Submit feedback or bug report”.
Granted its badly designed, it looks like an infographic, but its not, it really is a button.
