I’ve been trying to restore my mage for about 2 weeks now, when I click on the character restore screen the game freezes but the music continues… I left it for about half an hour but then the game got stuck and threw an error… I tried uninstalling the game, deleting all addons, reducing the graphics but that doesn’t help either… I don’t know what else to do, I wrote a support ticket and followed the instructions they wrote but it doesn’t work either… does anyone have the same problem?
