For some reason I can’t see any characters in WoW companion app. I have the latest version of both WoW and companion app. I tried reinstaling but it still dosen’t show any characters.
Please help. Thank you!

Also - my character profile on the forums is locked to an unused account. How do I get the option to post from one of my active characters?
I have the exact same issue. My guess is the app show active characters on one of my inactive wow accounts. There is no way for me to choose which account I want to use, only battlenet account, not wow account.
Same problem for me. My guess is that the app is trying to locate heroes on US servers when all my heroes are on the EU region

Too bad nobody at Blizzard is reading the eu forums. Do they care?

Just updated to the new version and now I’ve got the same issue. Character selection screen is blank, just got the option to log out. All characters are on the EU servers (Blade’s Edge and Aggrammar).
So, it turns out there IS a button to select region, it is grayed out, but does in fact work. Click it, select your region and after login It show your characters. Amazing how much power the (wrong) color of a button have.
