Unable to setup subscription / redeem gametime code

Hey, would it not be great if you had a blue post on problems at your side when we can´t renew our subscriptions for whatever reason the problem at your side might be ?

Myself have tried not less than 3 diffrent Mastercards / 1 Paypal and 1 60-days gamecard with no luck. ALSO tried to make a ticket about the problem at hand but 24 hrs waiting time to get an answer … well that is somehow poor customer care in my opinion.

Is there a current problem in your subscribtion payment system ? is the fault on my side ?

i am a not very happy paying customer for the time beeing.

At this time we aren’t aware of any problems with subscriptions or payments, when we are aware of them we post them on our twitter and breaking news on the app where appropriate.

Not being able to claim a 60 day game card does seem like an issue though, you should be able to. It’s possible you did claim it, but it gets converted to balance and you then use that to purchase game time rather than subscriptions, since subscriptions require credit cards rather than balance.

As for the original purchases with the cards you might want to speak with your bank about why the payments didn’t go through though!

Well my wifes account just created just saying PENDING and she cant invite our son to play with recruit a friend, how can it be that it takes you ages to charge a VISA card for the amount ?

And its not the bank holding the payment theres tons of money on our Visa cards. So atm were stuck and 24 hours minimun for support cant be right!

I’m having a payment problem too but in my case its with iDeal, when I want to complete the payment from the blizzard store, it will redirect me to an expired / outdated webpage instead of my bank’s iDeal login page.
Very frustrating because the transactions do get added to my transactions history on battlenet but they just remain “pending” since i’m not able to complete them, I tried 4 times so now I seem to have 4 pending transactions while I just wanted 1, and even so I wont be able to complete any of them in any way.
So now I decided to submit a ticket about this with a request to remove my last 4 transaction “attempts” from my transaction history and I will wait until this is resolved before I will make another attempt to buy gametime.
I do hope they will work on this quickly because I only have 10 hours of gametime left, unless they will “refund” me with some extra gametime so that I can still play during the process of blizzard fixing this issue, because I do want to be able to buy some of the Hallow’s End items before the seasonal event ends in 3 days, otherwise all my work on saving Treats will be for nothing and I’d hate to miss out on that and wait another year before I will be able to do it again, plus all my Treats will be removed when the event ends this week…

If you are in a hurry about having this situation looked into, your best option would be to open a live chat via this page.

When a retailer attempts to take a payment from Mastercard/Visa, it provides an authorisation code. It is processed overnight from your account but can take up to 72 hours to reach the retailers account. So if the account was just created, it will be pending. 24-72 hours should remove any restrictions.

Have same problem! talked to bank, and they said its no problem from their side. talked to support, got same answear. it says:

Please correct the errors below and try again.

  • We can’t process your subscription request right now. Try again later.

Some payment methods can’t be used for subscription payments.
