Hello community!
I wanted to complete this questline quickly to get last missing set piece which are gloves and i am unable to start it, i completed campaign completely 4/5 no more quests available ( that was yesterday ) i completed some other questlines including the one for chest in last zone, but this one i cannot start, on wowhead it says the only requirement is to complete campaign and speak to npc near the city but npc doesnt spawn for me or my friend, anyone knows anything ?

I was able to find someone who wanted to help, some other player was able to pick up this quest “A Sassy Arathi” which starts questline and tried to share it with me, but it says i completed it, well i did not. when i click quest it says incomplete also running this command /script print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(80456)) returns false. i also just am aware i never picked it up. Here and there i noticed other players are also unable to pick it up, it must be a bug on the blizzard part.
