Unable to start the Heart of Azeroth Quest

Hello,

I’m typing this here since it seems barely anyone is active on the Quests forum, and hopefully someone here has a solution for this!

So, I did this part on my alts, but this character seems to be unable to do this quest.

I got the “A Dying World” quest from Magni Bronzebeard and usually at this point there’s a teleport in the BFA zone that brings you to Silithus, but now there wasn’t. I wonder if that was because I was in Cataclysm timewalking, so I changed it to present time. However, the teleport still did not show up. So, I decided to fly there. I flew over to Magni Bronzebeard in Silithus and once I had spoken with him about the “A Dying World” quest, he didn’t give me a new quest. At this point he’s supposed to give me the Heart of Azeroth quest, but instead he gives me nothing. No quest pops up.

I tried unlocking Maghar Orc recently without luck (no rep sadly), but in the guide it said you have to be level 50.

You said Cataclysm timewalking, did you try the BfA one? I have no idea whether that fixes it, all I can think of.

Does it not auto pop up in Boralus/Zuldazar?

I went and saw the Earthen Guardian in Boralus on a char that has never done it.

He gave me a Dying World

I followed the in game directions, Portal to SW, Portal to CoT then flew to Silithus.

Which gave me

You need to be level 40 to do the quest.

Why am I not allowed to delete this “legendary” item?
I have no use of it, and it will never be of use (in combat).

Stick it in your void storage and forget about it

because it’s the main item for bfa expansion.

Thanks for the extensive work though! I reckon it must be the level requirement, because I did it the way you described as well, but I just don’t get the Heart of Azeroth quest. Will see what happens once I reach 40 or 50!

Artifact items can’t be put in the void storage, which is a shame, but at least unlike the plethora of legendaries in the game one can only have up to 5 artifacts on a single character.

Ah I’m sorry it has a level requirement.

I probably have mine in the bank then. It must be all the legiondaries I’m thinking of.

I like to use mine for timewalking raids. I’ll probably try to get most essences once BFA raids are reasonably soloable. Maybe I’ll even go for the warmode essence. The rated PvP essence is probably the only one that’s really out of my reach.

I wanted to follow up on this in case anyone else runs into this problem. I reached level 40 and changed my timewalking back to present time. The teleport didn’t show up, but I flew over to Silithus and was able to start the Heart of Azeroth quest. After starting the quest, the teleport to Silithus is now in the right place in Bolarus.
