I’m trying to open a ticket regerding my ‘venerated anima spherule’ which i’m not able to trade in at my cov sanctum.
this focum post already details that i’m meant to contact support to verify I have a bugged version and swap it out, which is exactly what i’m trying to do:
unfortunately when I go to submit my bug report in game, I go through the ‘contact us’ arrangement, fill out my ticket, click submit, and then it just takes me back to the customer support page. on checking my currently open tickets, I see no new tickets at all, so my report just disappears in to the void.
