What kind of issue are you submitting a ticket for? Did you fill in all boxes and files under the correct .type and size?
i have been having problems with transfer aborted: instance not found in game and i have tryde everything and nothing seems to work so i tryde to send in a ticket about it i have been haveing that problem seens wednsday i have filled in everything right but i dosent work.
I am not sure there would be anything a GM could do about this.
A blue, a few months ago, explained in detail what causes this error, and why its important. The TL;DR; was that something interrupted your connection to the Blizzard servers during the instance transfer, and rather than leave your character in limbo, requiring a GM intervention, the server throws this error instead, so that you can keep playing.
It could be something on your PC, it could be ISP related, it could even be Blizzards servers, it could just about be anything that might cause a network hiccup.
But given that its only affecting you, not seeing any other reports of this issue from other players, my guess would be either something on your PC or your ISP. But thats just a guess. I am not sure what a GM could do for you in either of those two cases.
I’m not even sure what a GM could do for you if it was Blizzards servers, as GM’s have nothing to do with servers, they fix account and character related issues.
That said, in the end, theres no harm in asking a GM to see if they can help, but I would run through all trouble shooting steps you can first.
Can I ask what error you are getting when you try and submit your ticket?
there is not error thats the weird part of it it just dont want to submit
