I’m unable to add funds to my Battle.net balance through both the website and the Battle.net app.
In the browser, I get this error: “Sorry, we’re unable to complete your payment. We’re sorry, but we were unable to complete payment on your order. Please confirm your payment information before retrying your order.” I’ve double-checked my payment details, and everything is correct.
In the Battle.net app, I see: “We couldn’t load that. We’re having problems loading some content. Error code: BLZBNTBNA000007D0 (2404).”
I’ve already tried:

Clearing browser cache/cookies.

Restarting the app and launcher.

Checking for service outages (none found).
