So I just found out today that handing in one of the scourge event items (letter) blocks that character from transferring away for an entire week due to a delayed mail delivery.
I already put in a ticket but with average wait times of over a week its not really helping at all. Checking the forums (US & EU) it seems that GMs are able to jump in and help out.
I would really appreciate it if a GM could help me sort this out before free transfers are over.
The character affected by the issue is Zeroeden (Gehennas)
On the EU side it’s through tickets only atm, keep your ticket open.
I just pray some blue lad sees the amount of people being affected by this issue. Multiple people I know want to help out the situation with the mega-servers but are unable to due to this system locking them out of the transfer.

And another 3 days ago. I’ve atleast seen tickets regarding mail getting resolved faster then usual.
Thanks for the heads up, I do also pray that my ticket gets handled with that speed.
