After boosting my level 60 → level 80 using the paid character boost, I am unable to unlearn herbalism and mining. It says “0/0” skill on both, however I had level 60 max skill before boosting it. There is a red button, and I also get the command prompt about unlearning it. When I click unlearn, nothing happens. How can i remove them? Tried disabling all addons, and did a clean install.

This has happened to my Mage alt too, there is a topic on the US forums where someone was told by a Customer Support in game
“I can see that our Devs are already aware of this issue, and they are working on it. Alas, we do not have further information we can provide at this time.”
Very frustrating for me as I have 450 Alch and not able to use my trinket and I’d started leveling enchanting (Iwas 225 when I did the boost) so my bank and bags are full of mats.

Same issue here, GMs give a generic response “we are working on it”
Stuck at 0/0 skill for Main Proffs, secondary no issue so far.
Saw a similar post on us forum. The reply from a GM was that it was a good reason for refound on the boost.
If this is the case how about the past 3 days I spent on leveling archeology to 450 on this character?
I saw i’m eligble for refund, farmed 400 Archeology now on that char. I mean honestly even if i don’t get my 375 engi skill back i at least want to be able to level it again…
Oh they fix bugs related to paid services on highest priority. This would be either hot fixed or done after weekly reset maintenance.
Still no fix according to latest bluepost.
Characters are stuck at 0/0 professions - bumping thread since this is unacceptable for a paid service to fail this bad.
So at least its been acknowledged now,
With no fix in sight what I do find shocking in all of this is they are still selling said boosts at a discounted rate knowing there is an issue they can’t fix at the moment.
Boosted my mage from 70 to 80 and now my mining, goblin engineering and first aid are all stuck on 0/0. Blizz pls fix
This bug sucks , Can’t mill herbs cause of 0/0 but i can still craft everything that I’d learned all the way up to 450 . Come on Blizz

I must again bump since my character and others are unable to use proffessions.
After using a PAID service, fix this god dammit.
5 days left before cata launch and still no fix.

also having this same issue, 0/0 skill and a reply form a ticket today basically saying they dont have a fix
Damn thats a pretty crap bug to have, they should have sorted that out faster than this

We’ve completed a more comprehensive set of fixes for these issues. Following realm restarts in each region:
- Player-characters will no longer be stuck at 0/0 profession rank.
- Characters addressed by this fix will have the highest rank of the Profession bracket they were previously in. So if you were at 1-75 before the boost, you will now be 75/75. If you were at 450, your rank will not have changed.
- Characters will once again be able to progress their professions.
- Characters will once again be able to unlearn their professions.
