well i did mentioned the return/refund pages of the “serious eu eshops” earlier, so i guess i must be reading such stuff. no mon i don’t want to buy a subscription and then get a refund because that’s just silly
You don’t need a sub to request a refund? It’s free to submit customer support tickets.
Hello friends (which we all still are, right?!)
As can easily happen in text, I believe there has been a slight misunderstanding where one party is talking about charging back a historical purchase, and another about buying a new subscription just to claim a token and then requesting a refund for it.
But let’s not get ahead of ourselves! While it is true that we in most cases don’t help out with free game time, it is still possible as an exception where it makes sense.
And assuming you’ve not had assistance like this in the past, I would say it does in this case and a ticket to check what we can do to help would be a great first step.
Worst case you could try for the refund option, but technically your right to receive one is forfeit when you log in, so you’ll probably want to plan around using any time you pay for and you can always save the tokens for the future instead
