Unable to use gold in my mail to buy wow token ( i sent ticket but no response :) )

I have enough gold to buy wow token in my mail, but I can’t enter the game. I asked for 1 day of game time to enter the game, but for more than three days, no response has been given to my ticket.
i don’t know why the tickets response is soo bad, how many people work in blizzard? 5?

Limitations and Restrictions

  • A WoW Token can be purchased from the character select screen using gold from multiple characters on the realm, no matter their faction. Gold in the mailbox also contributes.

I don’t think they do the “a free day to redeem token” thing anymore because of the trading post.

Quote from there:

“Customer support does not assist with temporary access to the game in order to purchase a WoW Token.”

They used to, but they no longer do.

So here is the thing. In November last year Blizzard posted changes to the WoW Token. If you had not used real money to buy game time etc since 2017 you are restricted from using tokens until you spend real money on at least on 1 months game time.

This could be the problem for you. An easy check is to go into your account and look at your transaction history to see when last you actually spent real money and if you fall into the restriction category or not.

Only reason I can think of why you cant use the gold in mailbox or other characters.

Enough trolling. The majority of the (now deleted) responses in this thread were from the same account, where the OP cancelled their own tickets.
