Unable to use 'On use' trinket (Shadowlands)

Hello,

I’m experiencing whta I would reffer to as a bug with Soul Igniter.

Upon use the trinket will not be availble for use after the cooldown of the trinket has fallen off.
I’ve tried using this trinket in combination with various other on-use trinkets as well as with passive trinkets and without a second trinket.
The two ways I’ve found this can be fixed is via a game client restart or equiping/unequiping the item however this prevents me from using it longer fights(even when the 1 minute cooldown has elpased)

I’ve tried triggering/using the item with a macro, clicking it from the player panel, dragging the item to the action bar to no avail.
I’ve also tried dissabling all addons.

The two ways I’ve managed to resolve this is by restarting the game client or equiping/unequpping the item , however after one use - I’m unable to use it anymore until I restart the game or re-equip it.

Any advise on how to resolve this?

We’re currently not aware of any such problem with the trinket, but there have been many cases where addons (even in a disabled state) caused quite similar issues in the past.

I’d recommend to give these steps a try - if the issue persists past that point, a bug report (ideally directly from the character carrying the item) would be highly appreciated.
