Hello,
Ever since ~3 weeks or so I am experiencing unacceptable latency spikes every evening (only). Every day the latency gradually starts to increase from ~20 at 18.30-19.00ish to ~110-150 at peak 20.30, only to then decrease back to ~20 slowly after peak hours.
It seems to be the jump to ae1-br01-eqsk1.as57976.net (137.221.86.33) that is causing the gradual increase to ~100ms+ over the evenings from what is ~20ms during the day/night.

Some notes:
- I am not using a router in this example (although both with and without router the issue persists)
- Issue does not show up when utilizing another ISP (e.g., via my mobile connection, or friends in the same city)
- Issues arise between 18.30-21.30 ish (starting later/earlier and ending earlier/later some days)
- The pings displayed by WinMTR matches the ping displayed ingame
- I have hidden some hostnames for privacy reasons.
