Unable to log into Kazzak for the past 4 hours. When finally able to login, disconnected shortly before launch.
This is totally unacceptable performance from a triple A rated studio.
Who do we contact for a refund?

I get it that you are pissed. So am I.
But we both know you ain’t gonna request a refund because that means you won’t be able to play the game.
