Correct me if I’m wrong but people who actively do Pve will be able to make basically any piece into a PvP max iLv piece of gear so basically if there is some strange omega buffed overpowered piece of Pve gear with some strange bonus people will be able to abuse it ?

You are half wrong.
It’s not only for ppl who actually do pve, it’s for everyone. You can send a craft order and get the same item aswell, without doing any pve content.
On the fact that some item with omegalulz bonuses will be mandatory, it’s entirely possible.

Its for crafted gear only, everyone can get it without doing any dungeons/raids.
