Hi, I’ve just farmed an Unbound Changeling trinket from a MoTS +10 key and after equipping the item (regardless of slot), the trinket simply does not proc AT ALL. I have expended a full mana bar, using a range of spells on my holy priest and the item refuses to proc. In contrast my equipped Cabalist Hymnal procs fine. There is a Blizzard Support article from a MONTH ago, which simply says an issue has been reported and is being investigated. There is no work-around or suggested fix. Can someone please advise what the status is. The item looks completely bugged as it won’t even change stat if I eat Mastery Food.

Looking into this, there does not appear to be any active bugs regarding this item. Due to the nature of how it works, if you are using an addon to track your procs, this might be part of the issue. We recommend that you disable any addons you have and then check to see if the trinket works.
To add, this trinket will only proc if your character is in combat. Spam healing your character while you are not in combat will not cause it to proc.
Should you still feel that there is an issue with the trinket, or that it is bugged, please submit a bug report by following the steps below. We cannot process bug reports via the forum.

Thank you. For some reason now after logging out - the trinket is now working. Also, yes you’re right the trinket only procs while in combat which is something I didn’t realise. Thank you for your help - this resolved the issue.
