Is it still possible to change the secondary proc buff you get from the trinket?? I got it yesterday and ate some crit food but nothing happened so I’m just wondering
Yes. The last food buff you eat should change the proc. Might have an internal CD, I dunno. I don’t eat different food that often. 
Ahh ok thanks, like I said I ate different food twice, even killed my character, logged out, un-equipped my trinket nothing worked, IL try today again tho 
I’m pretty sure you can change the stat once per day with the food.

This is correct, you can change it once a day
Make sure you’re eating the food for 10 seconds so you get the Well Fed buff, and maybe you have to eat the correct SL food.
I’m pretty sure the daily CD is just if you’re after the version that grants all 3 stats, which is a daily random chance whenever you eat. You can change it between crit, master and haste as often as you like though.

Then either mine or yours is bugged cause i can only change it once a day (talking bout crit or haste buff)
According to these comments you can run a script to see if you’ve set the stat for the day.

This seems to be the right answer. Tried it on my mage, got the all 3 stats once and after that it just swapped between haste and crit for me as I was eating haste and crit food.
Its not a 100% that if you eat food and get Well Feed status that the proc will change right?? il try to buy more of the same food and try eating more to see what happens since i tried 3 crit foods already none changed it
You have a small chance (+/- 5%) each day, when you eat food for the 1st time, to have all stats.
