Its been few months since TWW release and i havent seen a single Unbound Spoils while in warmode.What the hell is this achievement ? how do i get it ?

I saw it today, but it was spawned in PVP area and it was megachaos, everyone was killing everyone, until the chest disappear
Its like moneyball in squidgames. Everyone can see it but nopne can touch it 
I think it mostly spawns in PvP areas, and every 6 hours starting at 5 am, then to 11 am, 5 pm then 11 pm over and over.
I do think theres a schedule for them but i havent found anything yet :).
ive looted it 3 or 4 times
its not worth camping it tbh… much easier to just farm honor and buy sockets
