You can buy gear with them that can be upgrades all the way to mythic track.

There is another vendor that sells weapon appearances.

Oh I’ll need to check it out then been busy buying loads of battel pets currently just about to hit 1000 Unique only 700 odd more to go :smiley:

If you’ve only received 3 so far you could probably get the rest with a raid or an LFR or two.

Hmm, so no LFR for now until we know whether this is a bug or intended. I caught up three characters on bullions last week, and on my DK at least I have a use for more (two specs).

Why? I mean, what’s the benefit, considering we’re late in a Fated Season and there’s a ton of transmogs on these vendors? What is the downside of not having a cap?

12 is fine to get all or most of the wearable items you want (certainly for one spec), so they’d just be spent on tramsmog.

Having no cap seems more player-friendly than “forcing” players to take every last moldy alt into LFR.

I meant that in a way showing why caps are silly for a season “for fun”

Awakened is as try harding as a regular season which felt bad

i just want a confirmation on the bullions dropping after the pre-patch.

I only investigated the weapon appearance vendor a week or two ago, then started doing LFR on a load of alts (just one wing a week), they’ve had varied results so far, I use an addon to track who has had what bullion drops.

It’s quite basic, but it does the job!

The appearances are one bullion each and all four variations are available.

I have been collecting everything my Paladin can wield but it may be with TWW prepatch we can buy and learn other appearances too with warbands.

The bullion catchup is a joke tho. My druid had like 3 out of 12. Went in lfr and did 5 bosses and got 2 bullions out of it. Not much of a catchup there Blizzard.

It’s very hit and miss on my alts who gets what. I was kind of surprised catch up isn’t more definite.

I just got my legendary axe drop today. Kinda sad I won’t have enough bullions to buy the upgrade item now. I know that I in hindsight should have held 2 in my inventory at all times, but I didn’t know that 12 would be the cap

Got it on warrior last week spent all season saving 2 hoping it would drop.

Something is wierd this week tho. Did a full raid on my priest alt and she is way behind on bullions but not one single drop. I run the lua script to check and it said I have 12 of 12 bullions dropped but that isnt possible since I have one in my bags so that is an uneven number. And I am pretty sure I havent gotten 12 yet. I have 4 awakened items and that means eight bullions, and one bullion in my bags. I call a bug here.

That does suck, I guess you can console yourself a little that the expansion is practically over now and you have at least got the appearance!!!
